Service
as we know it today is diminishing, especially in the
business world. Companies are now focused on the bottom
line profits and the satisfaction for those that they
serve or work with is no longer an issue to compete over.
We live in a society that the terms “loyalty”
and “security” are used quite loosely or are
nonexistent.
The job turnover rates are steadily increasing just as
the divorce rate and state deficit. Recent college grads
are setting up a game plan to “fire their employers
before their employers fire them” before they even
get their first interview. Couples are planning their
weddings, honeymoons followed by their anticipated and
expected divorces. The commitment level of our nation
is illusive and can be frightening for our future.

nation’s future and even the way we conduct our
businesses. We are approaching a time where a selected
few will rise up and notice the state that we live in
and those selected few will invoke change. The hope for
